Exclusive Harlem Pop-up Dinner to celebrate Caribbean Cuisine

June 08, 2016 Bacchanal Sauce

June is Caribbean Heritage month so it's only fitting that our new New York pop up dinner series goes from Brooklyn to Harlem. Get your tickets before they are gone as we only have limited seats for these intimate pop ups. Treat yourself to an exclusive five course Harlem Caribbean Pop-Up Dinner at Calabar Imports on July 18th from 6-9:30pm. Each course will highlight a specific West Indian ingredient with modern interpretations of island dishes. Caribbean migration to New York became popular in the 30's and hallmarks like the annual West Indian day parade actually started in Harlem ballrooms, so we're proud to have have this pop-up located in the heart of Harlem. Journey on this culinary Caribbean experience with a multi-course meal served family-style that highlights bright tropical flavors with alternate vegan options at every course.

Ticket purchase includes: A five course meal served family-style buffet including appetizer, soup, salad, entree & dessert with signature Caribbean drink & wine. (There will be a vegan option per course)

Dinner will be served at 6:00PM

Calabar Imports - 2504 Frederick Douglass Blvd , New York, NY
