Spicy Red Cabbage Slaw

May 10, 2017 Bacchanal Sauce

If you love Caribbean food you know we love cabbage. It's a mainstay at any Trini, Grenadian or Jamaican restaurant from Maracas to Brooklyn. The wonderful thing is, this spicy red cabbage slaw has ingredients that are easily accessible and it's so spicy and simple you don't even miss the carrots. It  has the perfect acidity from the lime juice and a wonderful spicy flavor from the Bacchanal Pepper Sauce because you always need a good hot sauce to give your recipes that wow factor. Perfect for that fried chicken or buffalo cauliflower sandwich or simply to eat all summer long as your perfect barbecue side-kick.
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
